Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Delivery within the European Union (EU):
We deliver free of shipping costs to all EU countries. The shipping costs are fully included in the product price and are not shown separately.

Shipping countries (EU):
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered

within Germany usually within 4-7 working days,

within the EU usually within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time.

If the expected delivery time is delayed, we will inform you immediately. As a rule, you will then receive compensation (e.g. in the form of a discount on your order).

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g. traffic, customs, public holidays). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
