Privacy Policy
Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below we provide detailed information about how we handle your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Every time a website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains information such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access. These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring a trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
2. Data Processing for Contract Handling and Contact
2.1 Data Processing for Contract Handling
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or your contact request, and you cannot complete the order or send the contact request without providing them. The specific data collected is shown in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of processing the contract and handling your inquiries (including warranty claims, service issues, or legal update obligations). Further details about how we share data with service providers for ordering, payment, and shipping can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiration of the applicable tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that as permitted by law and as outlined in this policy.
2.2 Contacting Us
For customer communication, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require these fields to process your inquiry. The specific data collected is shown in the respective input forms. After your request has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that as legally permitted and as outlined in this policy.
3. Data Processing for Shipping Purposes
In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. The same applies to data transfers to our manufacturers or wholesalers where they handle shipping for us (drop-shipping). These parties are considered shipping service providers under this privacy policy.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in the following countries: China. No adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for these countries. Our cooperation with them is based on: Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission.
Data Transfer for Delivery Notification
If you have given us your express consent to do so during or after your order in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, we will forward your email address to the selected shipping service provider so that they can contact you prior to delivery for notification or coordination purposes. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact listed in this privacy policy or by contacting the shipping provider directly:
DHL Paket GmbH

Upon revocation, we will delete your data unless you have expressly consented to further use or we reserve the right to use the data beyond that as legally permitted and as described in this policy.
4. Data Processing for Payment Handling
In our online shop, we cooperate with the following partners for payment processing: technical service providers, credit institutions, and payment service providers.
4.1 Data Processing for Transaction Handling
Depending on the chosen payment method, we forward the data necessary for payment processing to our technical service providers acting on our behalf, or to the commissioned credit institutions or payment service providers, to the extent necessary for processing the payment. This is done in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In some cases, the payment service providers collect this data themselves on their websites or via technical integration in the ordering process. In these cases, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. Please contact us via the options listed in this policy if you have questions regarding our payment partners or the basis of our cooperation.
4.2 Data Processing for Fraud Prevention and Payment Optimization
We may provide our service providers with additional data, which they process as our processors, to prevent fraud and optimize our payment processes (e.g., invoicing, handling of disputed payments, support for accounting). This is in accordance with our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
